Dear Manny, I hope this email finds you well and keeping fine!! Just a quick update on how things are here after my sessions with you.
I lost 10lbs doing the hypno diet in just 10 days. Although the diet plan is a tried and tested one I did vary it slightly based on my own nutritional knowledge and found I kept this healthy eating plan going for a lot longer. After 2 weeks I attended my baby’s Christening which I thoroughly enjoyed and felt very confident in my new dress. I got loads of compliments about my weight loss and how good I looked. Since then I have remained motivated and focused. I have lost another 2 lbs and now go jogging 3 times a week. In 2 weeks I’m off on holiday and am now looking forward to my post baby bikini debut rather than dreading it.
